It has been a very exciting and humbling week announcing the close of our seed round of funding for MeetAmi Innovations Inc. and sharing this news with our friends in the blockchain community.
As we are now funded to grow the company and build out our vision, we wanted to pause and take a moment to recognize and thank people that helped us along the way.
We have been on a four-year journey to get us to where we are today. Early on, we recognized the tremendous support and collaborative attitude that many people we have met in the blockchain ecosystem live by – it has been refreshing and exciting to be a part of this vibrant community. Our journey has been one filled with continuous learning where a number of people have helped us to navigate these new and complex technologies.
There were pivotal moments along that way that helped lead us to where we are in MeetAmi’s growth. We first met young crypto entrepreneurs at bitcoin events, who took the time to help us navigate the space and connect us to more people (thanks William and Thomas); to the gifted and talented Hussein Hallak taking us through Bitcoin 101, joining our Advisory Board, and always being a champion; through to Michael Acharya joining and helping us take our vision of the product into reality and a demo; and to the amazing marketing team we have today who has built a world class brand for a start-up and continues to bring our vision to life.
We have always taken the approach to find the best people in our respective networks and invite them to join us at MeetAmi. Our current team is ready to execute on this amazing opportunity and comprise experts in technology, learning, product, marketing, business development, strategy, customer success and operations. This team has already grown and built an amazing product and platform for the MeetAmi family of products. Our wealth management platform is not only live today, but has a tremendous roadmap and growth plan.
Beyond our internal team, our amazing partners and first customers have been part of our journey and have helped us define the MeetAmi family of products and supported the technology integrations, learning content development, and market adoption. We now have the foundational pieces in place, are building the culture of excellence in everything we do, and are positioned to grow and thrive.
We are very humbled by the unwavering support from our family, friends, advisors and mentors that made this journey possible. We are excited to move forward and couldn’t do this without our supportive and dedicated community, the MeetAmi community.
